Self Love & Pleasure Medicine w/ Amethyst Botanical

Join Michelle of Amethyst Botanical as we go on a journey of grounding, being present, and reclaiming sex and pleasure as a revolutionary tool for erotic expression and self-peace, all through a trauma-informed lens. You'll learn how to prepare herbal oil infusions at home, which is one of the best ways to infuse your own loving magic into a self-care gift for yourself or a partner. Oil massage ritual is a perfect way to call the spirit back into the body and ground oneself, all the while fostering a new relationship with a healing plant's energy and healing constituents. We will discuss and introduce ourselves to herbs like rose, vervain, linden, and tulsi which ignite deep self-love, ancestral knowledge, and erotic healing. We will also rendezvous with a few herbs for internal use as aphrodisiacs and pleasure allies. Come ready to take notes on the plants' history, phytochemistry, safety precautions, and how to use them! Participants will have the opportunity to taste and interact with various preparations of the herbs in oils, teas, glycerites, and tinctures. Attendees are asked to contribute $20-$45 on a sliding scale, as needed basis. No one will be turned away for lack of funds. The class will be located up two flights of steps in the gallery.
